Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Expense Tracker account and all of its data here, or from inside the app under Profile → Delete account.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, email, password, date of birth, parents' names and photo
- All expenses, income, categories, payees, books, budgets and recurring rules
- Reminders, notification history, login sessions and device notification tokens
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Copies may stay in routine server backups for a limited time until they are overwritten. See our Privacy Policy.
Delete some data without deleting your account
You can remove individual data from inside the app at any time. It is deleted from our servers immediately:
- An expense or income entry: tap the entry to open it, then tap Delete.
- Profile photo: Profile → tap your photo → Remove photo.
- Name, budget or recovery details: Profile → edit the field and save.
To have all of your data erased at once, delete your account using the form below.
Delete your whole account
This permanently erases your data. Export anything you want to keep from the app first.
Forgot your password? Reset it from the login screen in the app first, or email codingfauna@gmail.com from your registered email address and we'll delete the account for you.
